Will it really stop my head from bobbing?

That's the whole reason it exists. Inside the fleece is a patented support that rests against your neck and takes the weight of your head, so it can't roll forward. Nothing to inflate, no beads shifting around, and no waking up with a stiff neck somewhere over Greenland.

How do I put it on?

Undo the fastening, hold the support against the side of your neck, then wrap the fleece around like a scarf and press it closed. Ten seconds, once you've done it twice. You can also tuck it between your neck and the seat if you only want something to lean on while you read.

How big is it once it's packed?

What if the fit isn't quite right?

Three things to try before you give up on it:

1. Hold the support closer to your neck before you wrap. More support, looser scarf — useful if you have a longer neck.

2. Tuck your ear and jaw inside the pillow so they rest against the middle of the curve rather than the top edge.

3. Move the support further round towards your chin to sit your head more upright.

How do I keep it clean?

Slide the internal support out, then machine wash the cover on a cold cycle (30°C) and let it air dry. One wash after a long trip and it comes back like new.
